GENERAL INFORMATION
2009 International
Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2009) will be
held at Macau, China during 27-28 February, 2009. It is one of the
leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental
advances in the fields of Communication Software and Networks. It also
serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners
working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in
improving Communication Software and Networking related techniques.

Collaborate with experts from around the world.
Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the
Conference.
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding
by IEEE Computer Society,
which will be indexed by EI (Compendex), ISTP, IEEE Xplore, IEEE Computer Society (CSDL), IEE INSPEC
and other
indexing services.
Selected papers (Chinese) will be published into a special issue of the
Journal of Computer Applications.
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on
originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness,
relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions
will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and
how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. Full Papers
will be published in the proceedings of the conference by IEEE Computer
Society. Talks, based on
the accepted papers, will be 20 minutes long including discussions
followed by questions.
PROCEEDINGS
ICCSN 2009 is sponsored and co-organized by IACSIT and Sichuan Computer
Federation. The conference proceeding will
be published by IEEE Computer Society CPS in Hard Copy Book, and distributed to
all registered participants at the conference. If you can't participate in the
conference with registration for some personal reasons, you should provide a
valid post address and we will post the proceeding to you after the conference.
