Publication:
The ICCSN 2009 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society with
IEEE Catalog Numbers and ISBN (978-1-4244-3336-0). All papers accepted and presented at ICCSN 2009 will be indexed by EI (Compendex) and ISTP. A number of
special issues of journals are under consideration.
